The Sansa/Brienne buildup leads me to believe good things might finally starting happening for Sansa.

Arya is one of my favorite characters, but she isn't doing shite right now.

If you say anyone other than Stannis has gained the most you aren't watching. That dude has become god damn likable and sympathetic as shite. Prior to this season he was just some random competitor like Renly. And who gave a shite about Renly? Dark horse is Cersei. I enjoy her screen time infinitely more now that she's embraced being a Machiavellian bitch.
Who has lost the most, well, there are a lot to choose from. Daeny is the obvious one because she has gone to shite. But you can also pick from people like Bran (even if you didn't like him, he has been absolutely absent and irrelevant) or Arya (a huge fan favorite but wtf has she done this season?). I'm going to say Hot Pie, like always, because 1) Hot Pie is the GOAT and 2) where the frick has he been?
Tyrion is holding strong.

The fact that they are making Stannis "likable" means only one thing, his end this season will be strapped to a cross (or X or whatever those things are called), and flayed for all of the North to see.

I've enjoyed Stannis' story since he was introduced but even more so this season. Arya has lost some from me. I LOVED the scenes that she had traveling with The Hound but this season has been kinda boring for her.

Well damn people, she's had like 3 scenes that is setting her up to become a frickin badass.
You can't ALWAYS have your characters being wrecking shite unless you're writing a blockbuster snooze fest

Sadly, I know you're right
ETA: Arya's new scenes are boring but necessary. And I have a feeling once she leaves her faceless man training she will make up for the lull. She's had some of the best scenes of the show, I don't mind her story taking a breather for a little while.
