Basically a combination of Last Starfighter, Back to the Future, Quantum Leap and the Terminator.

Dude beats an unbeatable video game in current times and is recruited to save the future by time travelers.

Every time they have a plan to save the world by jumping back in time to execute it, it fricks up the future even more.

You can tell, however, that Seth Rogen attempts to slide in political innuendos in Season 2 with the Nag, it’s borders and how they treat outsiders who want to join and contribute to their society, and science denying when it comes to man-made global warming,

Wolf is the only good thing about this show. Other than him it’s middle of the road IMO.

Wife, BIL, and I binged both seasons this past weekend. Loved it. Wolf is one of my favorite characters in a long time.

Yea season 2 got really heavy handed on the political stuff, to the point that a few times I just had to roll my eyes because it kind of took you out of the show. Season was still overall pretty good. Season 3 had a very promising promo though, looks awesome.

I really enjoy the show though. Unique and very refreshing to say the least. Season 1 was definitely better than season 2 though.

Watching season 2 now and it is definitely a step down from season one which was great. Wolf is the man.

Wolf really makes the show. The best episodes of season 2 were heavily focused on his character arc.

On episode 4 now...Wolf is hilarious. The black fraternity and when Tiger meets a baby for the first time had me rolling.

Spoilers...

Yeah season 2 was not as good. I really loved season 1. Wolf is my favorite character in a long time. His story arc season 1 was amazing. These characters are great so I enjoyed season 2, but it did not quite have the nostalgia of season 1 with the plays off of back to the future, topgun, and terminator 2, etc, which is why I loved season 1 so much. But it makes sense that season 2 would basically be the result of all the shite they did in season 1. I think they can probably get one more season in, maybe 2 more, before it runs its course. Hopefully it at lease gets a season 3 with them going back in time again to try and fix the crap that we find out in the last episode, some funny interaction with the 3 of them and their prior selves in the past, screwing up more crap. I need more 80's Corey Wolfhart.

Yeah just watched that one last night. It was pretty bad.

Season 1 was great, and Corey Wolfhart is by far the best character.

Just finished season one. Definitely has it’s funny moments but felt like I was ready for it to end around episode 10. Dragged on a little bit too long
