Have been said but Nude wrestling/fight scene from Borat is the hardest I have ever laughed in a theater or seen a theater laugh at a movie.

TV, Clayton Bigsby the Black White Supremacy on Chappelle Show is the funniest skit in TV history.

when charlie and dee are arguing and frank sprints in, slurps down the cat food, and passes out? i agree that is probably my favorite moment in always sunny ever.

the superbad home ec classroom scene is fricking gold.

Clouseau v Cato fight scene is a GOAT scene. The first time I saw Eddie Murphy in the dinner table scene in Nutty Professor it made me lol pretty hard.

I have never laughed as hard at a scene as I did the one in Django Unchained where the posse led by Don Johnson was arguing over the screwed up eye holes in their hoods.

I really like the scene in Seinfeld episode The Deal when Jerry and Elaine are discussing the rules of their renewed sexual relationship.

Fun fact that you probably already know: Harrison Ford had some sort of Tunisian diarrhea while filming that scene. He was very sick and dehydrated. The scene called for them to fight, but that take he just pulled his pistol out and shot the guy. That's the scene that made it in the movie.
