Was on MGM plus but now on Amazon. Came out about a year ago.

Think second season drops in a week or so.

From the producers of LOST but more on the horror end of sci fi. About a very small town in rural America where the people have basically all turned off of the highway and now can’t escape from.

Monsters every night (won’t spoil more than that).

Anyone watch this? Or has it gone completely under the radar? really enjoying it so far and horror isn’t really my thing.

Haven't seen FROM, but here is an old B movie of the "turned off of the highway and now can’t escape" genre:

I've watched season one twice. Watched it on my own then I guess I talked about it to my wife so much she wanted to watch it, and she got hooked as well. Really really good show. Excited for season two in a few days.

It is really good so far. Through 3 episodes so far. Really interested to see where they go with what the town is. Definitely has that LOST mystery kinda vibe even if it’s a lot more intense.

Feel like this board would dig it a lot.

Looks good, especially since Yellowjackets seemed to go off the rails.

It's a pretty good show. There is a couple page thread that followed season 1 last year. LINK

I love it, but it's not very popular on here. Just be sure everyone joins in the S2 discussion thread that should start up soon. I was disappointed more people weren't around in the S1 thread.

I also hope we get at least SOME answers in S2, as opposed to more questions. I'm looking forward to it a lot though.

Coco was the first season on Amazon as well or only MGM while it was originally airing? I’m on episode 4 now and will probably finish season one by next weekend at the rate I’m going. Really enjoying it.

IIRC it was only only MGM (Epix at the time), but I’m not sure honestly since I had Epix at the time.

But they released them on demand like two weeks early so some of us were two weeks ahead than others. So the thread was disjointed. Hopefully that’s not the case this time.

How hardcore is the horror aspect? I’m a weenie and don’t like horror but otherwise sounds very interesting

My wife is watching it. There are some scenes with some blood for sure. It’s all aftermath gore if that makes sense. When anyone is attacked it’s not overly graphic so far. More kinda jump scares.

I’ll be in. Have the DVR set for the premier on MGM Sunday. Watched a season 1 compilation and the season 1 finale on Amazon as a refresher. Show has potential hopefully they don’t get in the more questions than answers trap so many shows get into.

It's not hardcore at all really. It's more spooky scary than horror scary, if that makes sense. And outside of a few scenes throughout S1, the monsters aren't really in your face and are more of a background threat. And like SA said, it's more about the aftermath of the monsters than the monsters themselves.

Give it a shot if you like horror/suspense (and maybe even a little nod to sci-fi) at all. I'm always trying to attract more people to the show so we can have better discussions.

Pretty cool show, I have so many questions I hold off to prevent spoilers.

They did a good job of casting the wife and daughter. Not only do they look alike, but they are both blessed in the boob department.

I gave this a shot but think I’m going to stop at episode 3. The acting is pretty weak. I’m interested in what’s going on but they haven’t really thrown anything out there to make me say “oh shite, I gotta watch the next episode!”
