Finally Saw Justice League. Actually didn't think it was terrible.

I didn't go see this movie in the theaters and finally saw it On Demand just because. It wasn't that bad. I actually enjoyed it. My expectations were zero, but Gal Gadot saves every scene, Ben Affleck did a decent job, and Aquaman was pretty great. The CGI on Superman's face was ridiculous, but the movie overall was pretty good.
I missed the discussion here over the movie. Since I went in thinking it would be awful and by the time the movie was over with I found that I enjoyed it or was at least neutral.

I really enjoyed it. Probably had something to do with watching it after TLJ.

Yea compared to TLJ it was great. I still don't like Affleck as Batman but Mamoa and Gadot were pretty good.

That's kind of the issue...it was better than bvS and didn't completely suck but it should have been a slam dunk. It didn't feel like the event film it should have been

i enjoyed it a lot. little clunkier than Avengers but nowhere as bad as Marvel fanboys wanted to be.

The forced Marvel quips, especially from Batman, were really bad. There wasn't much buildup for Steppenwolf but Marvel villains haven't been all that great either. It was enjoyable enough though.

regarding the movie, I think they did a great job of making Aquaman seem cool. Because he sure as hell doesn't look cool with the goofy looking costumes that they give him in the comic books.

I think the Flash and Aquaman stuff will be pretty decent. Hopefully they use Flashpoint to reset some of the stuff. You could use it to get a new Batman, you could use it to hopefully get a new Lex Luthor, etc.

They HAD to do that because Cavill was filming Mission Impossible 182 and couldn't shave off his beard. So they CGI'd it out. I mean... c'mon... you are Hollywood. You can CGI better than that, right? Because that was BAD.

I saw this last week for the first time, and they had some real problems with Superman. He made everyone else irrelevant after he was revived. They could have at least set the final battle up to where everyone's different skills were utilized, instead of having Superman have go save people using his speed better than Flash, show up WW and Aquaman by popping in to ask if Steppenwolf is still bothering them then slap him around and leave, etc.

It was fine/entertaining if you view it as just another generic superhero movie. It just didn't have the payoff that you expect of finally seeing the JUSTICE LEAGUE on screen together.
