Click is probably my favorite. It had a lot of heart that every dad/mom can relate to. Trying to find the perfect career/family balance.
Add Kate Beckinsdale in the mix to put it over the top for me.
But I am a huge Sandler fan and I like them all.

Just Go With it should be in the top 5. It's got nothing on Waterboy, Billy Madison or Gilmore but its underrated. Brooklyn Decker is on fire. LINK

Killer Soundtrack--"Birds of St. Marks" made me go out and buy Jackson Browne's acoustic stuff.
Funny People is pretty cool too, mostly for the supporting cast, and the soundtrack is great also.
