Why is family feud so trashy? There’s nothing “family” about it. I loved this show as a kid, now it’s like every subject is some kind of sleazy adultery topic. It sucks. Everything gets ruined these days. Nothing is sacred I guess. Rant over, thanks.

Match Game back in the 70’s was pretty bad. Tons of questions consistently got answers like “making whoopie”.

I believe he met his (younger) wife when ahe was a contestant on the show.

That aspect was there in the 70's, 80's and 90's. It just wasn't as "forced" as it is now. And the reason it is forced now is because those kind of moments got the biggest reactions back then.

He gets a lot of apologists because they remember the show fondly. So he gets away with the fondling.
If this board has proven one thing, people don't like uncomfortable truths about shows they liked in the past.
