This looks great. I hope most if not all new releases remain theatrical and not simultaneous on some streaming service. The cinema experience needs to keep alive.

Dune was released in 2021. This is being released in November 2023. Which probably means the next Dune will be in 2025.
It’s literally the same amount of space there was between some of the Harry Potter movies.

Its been 2 years by the time it comes out, that is not a long tunraround, especially when part 2 wasnt even greenlit until after part 1 was released. There is an idiot in this thread, but it isnt one of us.

Trailer looks amazing. I will watch this in theaters. Kinda want them to release Dune part one in theaters. I’ve seen the move like 6 times but never in theaters. (Wow I managed to finish every sentences with the word theaters)

I’m pretty sure this time around it’ll be theater release exclusive.
I just rewatched Part 1, again, last night for the umpteenth time. It’s become my Shawshank on the HBO rotation.

Harry Potter movies are 90% filler. And I like them, but its true.
People want these great movies of scale and epic stories, but they aren't willing to wait a while for them to get the treatment they deserve and want them smashed down into a shell of itself that they can finish in 2 hours
