LINK

Youtube.

He got the lowdown, apparently, on one of the test screenings. I think I would have laughed out loud if I had actually watched this version. Ouch.

If they blow up the millennium falcon, I might burn down the theater.

Wow, that is bad, really really bad.

The thing is that this is the re-do ending because the original cut was even worse!!! Boy they really have killed Star Wars.

Now supposedly there is another ending done by Lucas and that may be the one they release. Doesn't matter to me because they killed this franchise for me with TLJ, that movie destroyed everything.

Any chance we can get a QRD for those shackled by oppressive firewall overlords?

Is it in line with the leaks posted earlier?

Based on the comments it sure sounds like it.....

there is a strong segment of butthurt people over the Last Jedi (rightfully so) that are ready to bash this movie no matter how good or bad it is.

So unless this turns out to be an all time classic which I doubt I can't see many people getting excited about this.

Fixed it for you.

I don't think the franchise is ruined but I'm hoping these 3 movies are a lesson to Disney of what not to do with Star Wars. They are atrocious and should be shunned but the franchise could still produce good material. Dave Filoni is our hope. He should get the reins for a trilogy.

I’m almost okay with them re-casting the actors and trying again.

I know Disney wasn't involved but episode 1-3 was meh. They need to wrap this story up and dig into the more interesting side stories.

I just don't think what was left after Rian Johnson is salvageable.

1 and 2 were definitely average or slightly below average. I would say Revenge of the Sith is better than Return of the Jedi only falling behind Empire and New Hope. But they at least were still Star Wars. The prequels had many compelling things that were done through literature and the clone wars tv show too.

I'd say 2 was pure garbage. 1 was below average, but it was a kid's movie through and through.

3 I agree with you, was pretty decent. Don't get me wrong, it still had some absolutely horrendous dialogue scenes and was absolutely rushed story wise because 2 was so bad, but overall it was good.

Wasn't the sand speech from 3? While it had weak moments, it had some really great ones too like the fight on the lava planet and rat-tail boy becoming vader. mace vs. palpatine was good too and the opening sequence was awesome.

When they destroyed the Enterprise in Search for Spock, at least it was meaningful and the movie was respectful of the series. The destruction of the Enterprise D in Generations was absolute dogshit. The destruction of the Falcon in the Episode 9 will be even worse.

I've heard about that rumor from the test screenings. Surely this can't be true.

Def dumb enough to believe.

That alien horse scene from the trailers will be the worst thing ever out to film. People will be begging for the return of the Ewoks.

The sand speech is from 2 and he also had the rat-tail in 2 not 3. 3 His hair was this.

Let’s be honest. The only ones worth watching involved Kurtz. The rest sucked.

Vader killed a clone? GTFO. That's such garbage.
