I like Danny Trejo. I'm glad he's getting a chance to play something other than a rapist, gang member, or criminal. Of course... he was a criminal so... I guess fair is fair.

I'm a sucker for these types of flicks and enjoyed Machete and was bored and went and saw it yesterday afternoon. Randomly it was me and a couple probably in early 70's watching, the old man thought movie was hilarious so made the movie even better.
If you enjoyed the first one you will enjoy this one. Just as over the top as the 1st one. The cameos were pretty good (Walter Googins, Cuba Gooding, Lady Gaga, Banderas)and also had a few back from the 1st one.
Mel Gibson was a pretty good villian.
Heard and Vergara and her crew were hot as usual.
Some laugh out loud moments and quotes, but could easily be something you can wait for on dvd or torrent. I had seen most everything in theatres and just wanted to get out of the house.
SPOILER BELOW:
Alba is only in it for a few minutes, so if you were hoping to see her running around in bikini or something it won't happen
and
I really hope they make the 3rd one with how the left the ending of this one.

Rodriguez has already said he's gonna do part 3. He wants Machete to go to space for the next one.
