I couldn't care less if they are still friends or not, but why would you have disdain for Rogan for "cutting off" Franco (if that is even what is really happening) due to Franco being a scum-bucket towards females? And there is almost certainly more that what don't know. I'm not going to judge a person that is famous for protecting his public image by disassociating with someone like that. Its not Rogan's fault that Franco did what he did.

Maybe he did and good for him if he did. I don't pretend to have intimate knowledge of the situation, just going off what has been said publicly.

This is really the issue. We can call Seth lame for not publicly hanging out with a long term friend but there is obviously more to the story. He and James' own brother staying "distant" probably helps Franco in the long run.

I figure there's been plenty of runway for Rogan to absolutely shite on Franco publicly if he wanted to. Especially at the peak of MeToo. He didn't have any issue countering Katherine Heigl publicly when she called Knocked Up sexist.
It just feels like it's definitely not just about Franco sleeping with some young students.
