Last thing, is this after all of the star wars movies? Or after the Return of the Jedi, but before new movies?

About 5 years after RotJ and 25 years before Force Awakens.

Just saw a commercial for it and the IG droid definitely comes back. Glad Carl Weathers is getting some work. I have spoken has more to speak.

Timingwise, I'm getting g a Palpatine clone in 9- arse ing it isn't written to explain how he died. Is this a Yoda clone?

Probably so. As soon as the baby Yoda lifted that rhino with the force, I was waiting for the typical jedi theme binary sunset music

My question is the Jawas, I never realized they were on other planets other than Tatooine.
Wait that wasn’t Tatooine? I swear that the “I have spoken” guy’s settlement looked just like Luke’s uncle’s farm from Ep 4

Damn episode 3 is also 30 minutes?

That kind of sucks. Needs to be at least 40 minutes.

This series is really good, damn you with the feels and baby Yoda. Disney knocked this out of the park and I am excited having hit the nail on the head here to see what we may be in for in the future.

If I was the Mandalorian after I fixed my ship I would've flown over the jawa vehicle and blown it the hell up...little bastards. I wish the little guide dude would've become his crew member he's cool. I hate the length of the shows...needs to be about 15-20 minutes longer for each episode. I have spoken

Were the guys guarding baby yoda his/her protectors or captors?

Short episodes are good! TV got away from short and sweet shows. 30 minute shows have their place!

Just watched 1 and 2 and I’m hooked. It felt like Star Wars unlike the garbage they have been feeding us.

For a “gunfighter” the Mandalorian sure is slow on the draw.

Dude got jumped 2 episodes in a row and barely got his blaster out of its holster either time. Granted it was by an animal in chapter 1 but still. The shootout at the end of episode one was great though.

Yeah they’re going to, and rightfully so, catch some flak for these episodes being so short.

Not gonna lie, I was pissed over how short the second episode was. That being said, I'm a very casual fan of the Star Wars universe, and I am enjoying the hell out of this. But yeah that was ridiculously short.

That's a very good question, one I hadn't considered.

Seems that at least SOME of the bounty posters are specifically wanting baby yoda dead; obviously they weren't in line with THAT group (or they'd have already killed it).
Kinda makes you think protectors.

Wasn't that Nick Nolte doing the voice?

I'd guess you can get some interesting voice actors for a short run like this, that you can't get for a full series (or even a season). And with aliens and droids, you can get just voiceover, so the actor won't have to put too much effort into the rest of the role.
I won't mind the tradeoff for short run characters, if we keep getting unique voices in return.
