I never questioned the scene in the 2nd it seemed to have a point since he was basically no longer Spiderman.

Jesus Christ. If anyone is deserving of shite it's Mark Webb -- the guy has made a movie that's only slightly better than Spider-Man 3 in ASM and then possibly the worst superhero movie in a long while with the sequel. He's put the franchise in MUCH worse situation than Raimi ever did.
And the dance shite in Spidey 3 is ridiculously overblown... It's Peter Parker thinking he's tough and suave when he's incredible goofy... as he should be, and I would go as far as to say those scenes are the best in the film.

I am sure there are some worse than rain drops in the really shitty Batmans before the reboot.
Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Green Lantern, Catwoman, Superman Returns, 90s Captain America all have some pretty bad scenes. Not to mention some of the really old live action movies.
shite like RIPD, Jonah Hex, and Barb Wire are also comic book movies too.

TASM 2 is on par with SM2 as the best Spider-Man movie. At least TASM 2 didn't have a rinse and repeat villain or Peter losing his powers for no reason
