Really common for actors to do roids, of some sort, with doctor supervision for roles. Many have admitted to it over the years.

People respond with this a lot, but what is Bautista going to do if someone does that? Beat the shite out of a stranger and ruin his career? I would hope the guy wouldn't say that to anyone no matter their size, but I don't see the fear of getting beat up as a reason he wouldn't.
