I agree. But it always cracks me up when these same actors are being interviewed, and inevitably the question of "How did you get into such insane shape for this role?" comes up, and the answer is always something along the lines of "I ate chicken and rice 10 times a day."

It is comical, they look at somebody with a great physique and think “oh my God he’s taking steroids.”
Maybe so, maybe not…. but it’s also comical because they think people take steroids and sit around and eat pizza and drink sodas all day and just magically look like that.

No, I look at a guy in his 50s say he's going to make some sort of noticeable physique gains in 2 months and conclude he's not doing that without steroids.
