I've watched both seasons of Daredevil, and the Punisher's one season. Do I need to watch Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, or the Defenders to be able to watch DD season 3?

I would recommend at least trying to watch Defenders. Each show pretty much has their own storyline, but the defenders seemed to rely on Daredevil's storyline for the most part.

Not really, those have their own things going own. After the Defenders, Daredevil is pretty much MIA.

Just started episode 4. It’s fantastic, and the fight choreography is second to none. The storyline with Bullseye has been excellent.
