I’d say the Kenny Rogers roasters episode is my favorite Kramer moment

Al Bundy and Fred Sanford are great calls.

I'd throw Frasier and Niles Crane ahead of Kramer. While funny, Kramer was too much of a one trick pony.

I greatly preferred Lloyd's portrayal of the "crazy character" over Richards, but in general I really do not like the forced zany manchild slapstick roles.
