The few Elaine/George taxi cab scenes are amazing.

Iconic, but not even Knotts’ funniest sitcom character imo. That would be Mr. Furley. Who would probably make my top 5 funniest sitcom characters.

If you people cannot appreciate the nuance and humor of Howard McNear's portrayal of Floyd Lawson then you should post less.

In addition to that, plus, also, AND, the similarities between A.G. and Seinfeld are interesting. A.G. dealt with more timeless themes and morals and is better. Lol.

I don't think a lot of people in the younger generations have watched A.G.

I haven't and don't plan to, either

Why is that, Jim?... If that is even your real name!
It is consistently ranked very high among ALL shows and even higher on sit-com lists.

Those too. The George-Jerry-Elaine dialogues made the show.

According to IMDB, of the 4 main charachters, Elaine is the only one that was not in an episode. Jerry, George and Kramer appeared in all 173 episodes.

He's wrong about it being in season 1, but George wasn't in the episode when Jerry and Elaine go to Florida in season 2.

Like someone else said, Kramer wasn't in it either.

Because it's outdated.

Good for the show. Doesn't make me want to watch it any more.
