Very interesting movie considering what is going on today.
I’ve always liked this movie.

If you liked that, check out "Containment" on Netflix. It starts off slow, but ends up being pretty decent, and interesting context nonetheless

Also 12 Monkeys, Outbreak, and World War Z

All great movies but Contagion is 1000x more realistic.

That final reveal of the virus’ origin....

Looking awfully similar to where this Wuhan virus originated

It seems odd that Corona virus and Contagion start eerily similar. Coincidence? Hmmmm

Caught it on Hulu (7 day free trial of the Cinemax add-on).

It is a good movie. Paltrow's death face is funny though.

It's always china or Africa because those are the repositories in the public eye. Even MERS has middle East in the name and jumped from camels, still didn't shake that.

I've always been more surprised we haven't seen all sorts of horrors come from India and Pakistan though.

People in India bathe in the Ganges which is filthy as hell and don't get sick. They also have a temple in Western India that is full of rats that they worship - Karni Mata Temple. Yet you don't hear about a lot of diseases coming from there. They say the waters flowing into the Ganges coming from the Himalayas are full of healing properties or something? I read about it a long time ago...
