Someone itt said the after credits scene is on YouTube.

I may try to pirate stream this, or go in a few weeks. Definitely not an opening weekend flick for me.

I've heard that as well but I want to see it in the context of the movie, plus there are things in the actual movie that tie in to Endgame supposedly.

Everything I have read just says that Larson’s portrayal is boring and wooden.

After the way literally nothing in Black Panther tied into Infinity War, I doubt this.

I mean, if you ignore the location, culture, and technology of Wakanda as well as every Wakandan character not named T'challa that were a major part of the entire third act of Infinity War, sure.

If you had watched Infinity War prior to Black Panther, nothing would have been spoiled for you and the scenes in Wakanda would not have been difficult for you to understand in any way. Not sure how you could possibly see it otherwise.

I wish I had waited for it to come out on DVD. I thought for sure it would tie in to Infinity War and I needed to see it so I could follow IW's plot, but that wasn't the case at all.

I’m sitting here waiting for the movie to start. Lot of hot chicks wearing Capt Marvel costumes. This movie is a big deal for the girls. Unless it’s horrible, it’s going to do well. This theater is sold out.

I haven't watched 3/4ths of the Marvel extended universe and Infinity War made perfect sense we to me.

I'm sure you have no trouble following along, they are superhero movies, they aren't complicated. The impact of certain things won't have the same effect on you if you haven't been through all of it though.

Can those seeing tonight post spoiler-free thoughts in this thread? I'm sure someone will post a spoiler thread tonight or tomorrow.

My point was it didn’t change my understanding of what was going on in Infinity War. I wasn’t confused about anything during that part of the movie.

I put a spoilers/discussion thread up. 6.5 is about right for this movie. Would be a 7 with a better lead.

Just got out. Thought it was entertaining as hell. Really enjoyable. Good bits of humor. Brie plays the role fine. Loved the 90s callbacks.
