They definitely upped the ante a bit at the end of that one. Fitting way to kill that one douchebag.

*SPOILER*

I am really glad that homeboy didn't blow his head off. He is such an awesome character.

Pretty good episode. Jimmie gending a message was a nice ending. Might be just me but I find the chicago and new york storylines a lot more interesting so I missed not seeing any of that.

Agreed. I like the episodes where they bounce around the various characters/storylines. I was really looking forward to seeing the building tension between Luciano and Rothstein

The scalping scene was just epic. As was the scene with Harrow and Jimmy before it went down.

Just knew Eli was going to frick up and do something stupid.

The Irishman still seems too interested in Margaret for his own good. Think he knows something we don't?

From next week's preview it looks like we'll get plenty of that.

Slow episode, IMO. Really didn't move forward with much here. Other than Eli letting Nucky know about everything, it didn't really go anywhere. Only other thing I got was the foreshadowing that Nuckys deal is going to fall through.

Last week's teaser showing the tin man hiding made us think he was being chased. By his own demons? Yep, but i thought it was going to be someone trying to kill him.

Agree it was a slower one, but needed for some storylines. I'm glad tinman didn't off himself. I also liked his and Jimmy's exchange at the end of the night. Tinman seemed to be comparing himself to the dog who was a lost soul fighting to survive. Jimmy even petted his hair like he was the dog!

I was surprised Eli and Nucky went at it so hard.

And its becoming more clear now that Jimmy doesn't want to go back to Nucky, that he is gonna run his own show.

Can't believe they showed someone being scalped!

PS - Thanks for the episode 5 thread and not continuing the season long crap!

This was an badass fricking episode. Scalping, Mayor getting his face pummeled in, very realistic fight between Nucky and Eli, and a few sets of titties.

Guess it depends on your personal tastes, but I thought it was the best episode so far this season. I was yelling "No, no, don't do it!' when Harrow was about to off himself.

it was actually much worse, IMO, watching Mayor getting his face turned into skully oatmeal by Eli
