Wait. Nevermind. I watched last week's episode right before tonight's episode since I was at the Saints game last Sunday night. They kinda ran together for me.

margret wants the irish dudes dick. it's very simple to see.
margret has a running habit of doing things that she tries to pretend have real meaning, but she is really doing them for selfish reasons. She did the same thing with the 2 dollar raise a few episodes ago. She told besty that "there are kids in the house" she doesn't give a damn, not that she doesn't give a damn but that's not the reason she told Betsy to to seeing him in the house. she is jealous. She is jealous that the dude "chose" Betsy over her. It's not that she doest like him. She doesn't like the fact that he doesn't like her. kinda like a teenage girl that flirts with a guy and he doesn't respond and then she protests to say she never liked him in the first place.
BTw betsy could get all kinds of dick lol.
margret is alot like most women today. she very much likes Nucky, but she doesn't find him sexually attractive. she is turned on by the Irish dude.
The foreshadowing is not lost upon me. At the beginning of the series, Margaret was with a drunk who was beating her and stealing their money. You felt bad for margret, and she kinda creeped into nucky's life, everyone was happy. NOw she has everything she wants, this man has taken her from being a maid, to having women wait on her hand and foot.. and she can't stop looking at the guy that is basically the same as she had married and was beating the shite out of her.'
dude's wife showed up, that tripped me the hell out. I think he is going to off himself.

Margaret is jealous of Betsy and Irish guy. She tries to act Holier than though but it is just an act to cover up her jealousy.
I kinda thought Nelson's wife might show up after that phone call he made to her. Can't believe the whore had that baby all by herself! Thats impressive task.
I caught the awkward kiss from Jimmy's mom. Bought time he puts a stop to that crap.
Be interesting to see where the "youngbloods" take the power.

definitely a table-setter episode. the burnt dude was creepy as frick.
dissapointed there was no eli. the most important event he's had and we get no follow up.
maybe margret will end up running away with slater, using the money she's been saving up.
if the burnt guy dies, VA would have to kill the other agent to prevent him from squealing. think the opportunity to raise a child will trump the fact he had it with another woman for rose and they'll raise it and become a family. Which means he's going to have to quit his job and move and kill the mother because she's probably not going to want to give it up after going through all that shite.

I'm glad Jimmy is not running back to Nucky, that would have been disappointing. He, Lucky and the butcher are a formidable bunch.
Question: the kid that the butcher shot in the head. Was he a nobody or was he the weird kid that ran with Lucky? The one that did weird noises and impressions?

He was one of Waxy Gordon's guys, the guy that made the weird noises is Bugsy Siegel.
Had a feeling that last night would be a filler episode, hopefully Jimmy and company are about to flip Chalky onto their side and let him go off on the Klan.

Van Alden's character is annoying to me. I feel like he ruins the flow of the show when they focus on him. Just doesn't seem important to me. They need to weave him into one of the interesting storylines or just let him kill himself.

I agree. They need to reinsert him into the story. Right now he just some random dude with bitch problems.

I think he shows the side that even the purest men are corrupted by what AC was back in the day. But even at that his character seems to have little involvement currently.
