If he wasn't a Paulion, then yeah, it would be pretty epic for entertainment value.
Cody has too much integrity for it, but I would just double down on everything they did to him that previous week. Josh HOH likes pans, I would bang them outside his door for hours. frick it.

The edit they gave Paul and the fact that they made it a game of chance shows just how much CBS has invested in Paul. I'm probably going to take a break from the feeds this week while they make Cody & Jess's lives a living hell this week.
