I'd be down for that. I wouldn't be as invested in the fall, but I would watch. I only watch about 5 shows not counting sports, my wife 3. Almost all of my shows air in the Spring, so it would only have to contend with Walking Dead and football. Sunday would be a late night.

I refuse to get my hopes up for allstars though
Come on all returning champs season including drug ring Adam and one-legged Eddie. Boogie/Will, Derrick, and Dan all going against each other. Would be awesome to watch (though it will never happen).

And yet I think Adam would be the least likely to return - due to the whole felony thing.
Jun was part of the potential returnees in season 7 so I wouldn't rule it out - if the goal was to do all champs.
The more likely scenario though would probably be weighted heavily towards returnees from the last few seasons unfortunately.
Of anyone that's played the game before, I'd like to see Eric Stein come back in. He took an incredibly difficult twist and made it very far. Would love to see him play a season with complete control over his game.
