Alec Baldwin GGR Speech

Unless we're talking about a body of work, this has to be the answer to the OP's question.

The Grossman character is in multiple scenes and even drives certain elements of the plot. Baldwin's part in GGR was written in specifically for him (not in the original play) to give the opening some kick for the film. Everything he said, substantively, could have been read by Spacy's character to the salesmen to kick off the events of the film (likely was the case with the play).

And whatever else one thinks about Baldwin, in his prime he had quite the range and could chew up scenery like few others. "Nicholson-esque" (although never quite legendary like Jack).

I'm not sure what the criteria here is. Are we talking about people who are perineal tiny part actors? Or someone who was in one scene once and never heard of again?

If we're talking about the former, then I'm going with Michael Berryman, who played the mutant in every 80s scifi movie

I love how the thread subject line is "tiny part" and the first post is a photo of Trump.

I love even more that the people downvoting you are likely the same people who want the liberal PC police to loosen up and not be offended by every joke that offend them.

Trump having tiny parts is f'ing hilarious.

Ned Beatty in Network
He won an academy award for that and was only in 1 scene. Best possible answer for the OP's question.

I never know that was Damon in Ragnorok. Mind blown. I love that part though. Talking about building the statue with the big bendy horns.

I’m not talking about big actors/actresses with small roles in certain movies…I’m talking about guys and gals who ALWAYS have small roles, yet they kill it every time.

Example: I don’t even know her name, but the old lady bank teller who got robbed in Hell Or Highwater

I watched Flight with Denzel last night and this part may be too big for the topic but John "here comes the banana boat" Goodman stole the show.

Maybe a better part that fits this thread is James Badge Dale's "gaunt man" brief character as the terminal cancer patient in the stairwell cigarette smoke break with Denzel and Kelly O'Reilly. The guy is a somewhat lesser known actor that in my opinion pops off the screen in everything he does. Even in this scene against a powerhouse Denzel in one of his juiciest roles Badge Dale just reduces him to a an observer character for one of the few times in Denzel's career.

Great scene, great movie, and great performance by Denzel

It is truly remarkable how no one seems to understand the criteria for this thread…

That's what I thought at first. And my immediate answer was Larry Hankin.

Not sure he's ever had a main part, but I always recognize his face, and always have to look up the cast to remember his name again.

His "Escape from Alcatraz" scenes with Eastwood might still be his biggest feature part.

Other that, might recognize him as the guy who played Kramer when in the Seinfeld episode where they taped the pilot.
