I hated the cold opening, turned a tribute to Lenard Cohen into a hackish political tripe. The last call sketch was awful, but somehow still made me crack up. The Walking Dead sketch was awesome, the election night sketch cracked me up, our children are watching was funny, weekend update was funny somehow, the Inside Weekend Update sketch was money as well.

Chapelle, McKinnon, and Keenan are sketch comedy veterans with strong stage presence. They'll make pretty much anything funny.

Hey look the most underused and underappreciated cast member ever showed up. I will never understand why Zamata isn't in more stuff. She's funny and rarely breaks or makes a mistake and they never put her in skits.

that skit was going so well and it just fizzled out.
chappelle is probably one of the only people to get me to watch snl but this was pretty bad. if anyone thought this show overall was good, that just goes to show how bad this show has fallen.
