It's not a "twist" in the traditional sense, but I'll add Memento to the list. The story structure is a mindfrick and the open ended answer to the Sammy Jankis identity keep you thinking about the movie well after the credits roll.
Oh the twists in this are kind of mind blowing, made better by the fact that you go in reverse to find out. You assume Teddy is the "bad guy" the entire film, and the reveal about Sammy Jankis just kicks you in the gut. And THEN, Leonard going "whatever" when confronted by the truth and setting up Teddy to be his next John G.
And as far as the Truman show, it's been forever, but I want to say the marketing leading up to the release didn't keep it a secret that he was on a TV show. I guess to the extents they made this world happen would be a "twist", but that reveal is pretty much midpoint and to me wasn't as riveting. Good, but didn't shake my perception of the film.

I don't think that was a twist at all, I'm fairly certain you are told his life is a tv show at the very beginning of the movie

I never really thought the Mist was a twist, so much as I thought they'd cop out and have a happy end...then, nope, ending was as bleak and dark as the remainder of the movie.
So maybe, maybe not. It depends on how much you believe Hollywood will always wuss out and have a happy ending.

It was literally in every trailer and all promotional material about the film.
It's the opposite of a twist.
(ETA: To be fair, the twist in Truman Show is a twist to the main character, but not to the audience, IMHO.)

Not the best all time but one I haven't seen mentioned... Collateral Beauty. I liked the twist.

The hateful eight, and I guess a lot of Quentin Tarantino movies, you kind of expect from him in his films.

I watched a few of these older movies that I had never heard of recently. Frailty and Primal Fear were REALLY GOOD. I love this board because I never would have watched those if not for the recommendations! Thanks everybody!
