We'll go ahead and give Fonzies Jumping the Shark which created the term..

I'll also give you the modern definition of this term called "Nuking the Fridge" thanks to Indian Jones...

Prison break season 1 was on par with 24 season 5 and west wing season 2 as the best ever single seasons of any show.

That wasn’t the jumping the shark moment for GoT. That came later in the season where Jon Snow (the King in the North) goes over the wall to capture a single wight so he could convince batshit crazy Cersei to join their fight.
