We’ve seen the first couple.
Want to watch one tonight.

Which one is the best?

The first one by a wide margin.

May get some down votes, but I appreciate Rob Zombie's take on Halloween. He made Michael Meyers the formidable force he was in the original 1 and 2.

That said, my favorite is still the original.

If you've only seen 1 and 2, then watch Halloween:H20 next.

Original, then H20 & 2nd movie for me. H20 has a special place in my heart because Jaime Lee Curtis' character finally has enough of Michael's shite and goes after him with a fricking axe.

Stay away from the Rob Zombie trash. It has all the subtlety of a bulldozer & subtlety, not gore, is always what made Halloween special.

SPOLIERS:

To me the end of H20 will always be canon, where she takes him out once and for all via decapitation.

This.

All he did was take his trailer trash horror movies and put Myers in the movie.

It's not a Halloween movie.

Halloween (1979) is by far the best but I really enjoy II and IV too. Might throw on IV tonight.

Three is my favorite out of all of them, but the first one is by far the best Michael Myers one.

For me 1&2 i feel the same about.

4 is probably my favorite and i do enjoy 5 where the chains fall and loomis beats him with a 2x4. I wish they never would have gone the Torn route and no man in black.

Watch em all. 6 had some good scenes, but overall was probably the worst movie. It pretty much tried to rewrite the backstory and it was a mess. Producers Cut if you can find it online. Its a little less crappy.
