Either Blazing Saddles or Airplane!

Dumb and Dumber is number one for me. Pineapple Express is one no one has really mentioned.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail
That movie did more to shape my own sense of humor than any other, so I have it at the top.
Number two would be Blazing Saddles.

Yellowbeard is a case of a great cast making an uneven film.
Half the Pythons, Peter Cook, Cheech and Chong, Marty Feldman, Madeline Khan, and more yet pieces of it were better than the whole.

Beef Jerky Time!
Great movie.
Blazing Saddles is my favorite comedy of all time, but History of the World is criminally underrated.

I never cared for Monty Python films but A Fish Called Wanda is no.2 on my list behind Raising Arizona.
1. Raising Arizona
2. Fish Called Wanda

Monty Python and the Holy Grail followed closely by Raising Arizona.
While not as strong of a movie, I may have laughed more in Porky's than any other movie.
