It's not anything earth shattering, but it's decent entertainment for sure and not to spoil anything, it does have a pretty good scene that pays homage to the board game itself.
I'd watch.

Stuffed with seven variaties of cheese but has some really cool scenes. You get some bang for your buck in this one.

It's not as bad as most would have you believe. It is certainly a much better film than Transformers 1 and 2, for what that is worth.

well it just ended and I give it 6.1 out of 10 ranking. Had some good songs, lots of shite got blown up, Tim Riggins saved the world, and I even got a little verclemped when they realized the only people who could help command the USS Missouri was a bunch of war veteran pepaws.

I watched it on RedBox when it came out and recorded it tonight to watch again sometime this week when I can't sleep.
I didn't go into it expecting very much so I wasn't disappointed. I thought it was better than most of the Transformer movies or similar type movies.
I felt similar when they fired up the USS Missouri, but was informed by some of the fine posters here that that part was cheesy and unrealistic. As if the rest of the movie wasn't unrealistic.

Main thing I don't like about is the political message side.
Humans are the "bad guys" in the film.
And it throws overt parallels to American foriegn policy role reversal.
