It is incorrect. Run times include the end credits, not the trailers

I guess I won't be getting a Coke Icee with my large popcorn. Thirst for dayz.

That's not right at all. Theaters add the trailers studios give them. Some theaters get more trailer and some get less

Yeah looks like I'm skipping the popcorn and drinks or maybe I'll only drink and eat sparingly all day and then go in with snacks. I'll eat after the movie.

Infinity War felt like the shortest 2.5 hour movie I've ever watched. No wasted scenes at all. Endgame could be 5 hours as long as they do it right.

Agreed. I usually don’t have a problem with drinks or having to take a piss in movies. I’ll have to skip any kind of meal in the hours beforehand or popcorn during, though, otherwise I’ll have to take a mean shite about two hours in.

Would it be tacky to bring a powerade bottle into the theater for my boys to pee in?

In keeping with tradition I'm guessing a Far From Home scene, then something comedic. If I'm correct the next movie after Far From Home isn't until 2021

I’m guessing some allusion to the next long-term baddie, similar to Thanos’ cameo in the mid-credit scene of the first Avengers movie.

they don't even need to hype this movie. all the other movies have been leading up to this one. People will flock to the theater to see it. could have made it 5 hrs.

Something brought up by Forbes.

Disney is leaving money on the table by running a long-arse Endgame movie. They could've broken it into two movies with a little extra footage edited in and made more than twice as much. (More, because the shorter films would have more available view times in theaters.)

Kudos to Disney for NOT going the Hobbit route and stretching it out into a trilogy to fill their pockets.

It doesn’t work like this. Folks who write for Forbes are stupid. You don’t cut up a movie just because you can, or because the run time is long. You focus on making a solid movie. Otherwise you leave money on the table by underestimating your audience wanting to see a “part 2” alas the hobbit.

I don't think this is correct. They have two dates right now for next year. May 1st and November 6th. They had one for July 31st but they released it. They will likely release black widow next year and maybe the eternals at the end of the year.

They have a May 2020 date already set (Black Widow) and November 2020 (probably The Eternals).

Black Panther 2, GOTG 3and Doctor Strange 2 will hit in 2021.

Far from Home is July 5, 2019. I am surprised they don't have anything else later this year.

The problem is they have been kind of handcuffed with half the current MCU dusted. We all kinda know that is gonna get fixed but revealing a bunch of future titles would spoil alot of the build up for Endgame. I would bet that a month or two after endgame comes out you will see them announce the movies for next year. Marvel can't just not release movies for a couple years. The MCU is a huge cash cow for Disney but it only makes money when you milk it.

I know. He said there was nothing scheduled for 2020, I was making him aware of that.

Ultimately, the three hour runtime will be why it won’t even sniff The Force Awakens’ domestic or Avatar or Titanic’s worldwide totals.

It might surpass Infinity War, though.

I would appreciate a Spiderman homecoming after credit with Captain America (and all the others departing) orrrrrr.... Shwarma which is similar but not 4th wall.
