At what age is it acceptable for a child to watch Empire, Indiana jones and Jurassic park?

Three movies I’m really wanting my kids to watch. Saw them at a young age and loved them but Jurassic park also made me shite my pants

I think Raiders is okay at 8 to 10 as long as they're cool with some scary stuff and that it is make believe - the ending scene is about the only big question mark. I think Last Crusade is probably even more appropriate for that middle range of elementary schooler. I think they need to be a little older for Temple of Doom, probably at least 10 if not older, but with same caveats - they have to be cool with some scary stuff and understand it is make believe.
Jurassic Park - I think 10 to 12 is okay, again, same caveats.

I watched terminator 2 at 5 and it was lifechanging.
I was 5.5 when my dad took me to see Jurassic Park… on 6 separate occasions that summer

Yeah, I saw Die Hard, In Living Color, Married with Children, etc all while growing up...
Take the same approach with my kid. Don't shelter him from anything and ensure he knows reality from fiction.

Odds are the kid will shite his pants one way or the other. Might as well get a cinematic experience out of it

Empire - young 6 or 7
Jurassic Park - 8 - maybe younger depending on the kid
Raiders - 10 just because of the face melting scene. I saw Raiders when I was 8 at a Drive In and I was fine.

Depends on the kid. Daughter still couldn't handle Jurassic at 9. Son was fine at 5.

My boys are 6 and 8, and they've seen and love all 3.

It's subjective for each child. My kids are completely different in what they can handle/ enjoy watching. Our 11 year old likes scary movies, so we have been slowly letting her watch certain ones. My 8 year old does not like intense movies and never scary movies/shows.

Hell, my kiddo was a rockstar with the older kids this last Holloween because he had seen a good bit of Deadpool and Wolverine
Yes, I'm a terrible parent.

I watched Empire and Raiders when I younger than 5. But Gen X was raised differently.

My kid was watching JP just before he turned two. Jumped a few times when the Trex appeared, velociraptors were talking in the kitchen, and the one that spit in Newman's face.
Couldn't stop watching after that. Didn't really care for cartoon movies/tv shows anymore

When my nephew was real little, all he knew was that an archeologist was invited to see dinosaurs, he saw some dinosaurs, and then the little dna cartoon explained how they made dinosaurs. The end.
I think he watched the whole thing at 9 or 10.

8-10 is probably fine.
That said… my son is 14 and probably has only watched 10 movies in full his entire life.
Not a tv person… would rather be doing something. I guess that’s good
