Agree Lance is now my number one candidate to be in the grave. I have a feeling DD will be a villain that goes beyond one season. We haven't even gotten into HIVE much yet and he seems more powerful than some previous bad guys. Boy Laurel is going to cry so much when her pops dies. Maybe it will toughen her up some

That was a pretty solid episode. Nice to see the inner arrow gang angst gone now that Digg and Ollie are good and the Olicity took a back seat so that was a bonus too.
The new cave was great and I agree about the Lance hypothesis. Barry had a connection with him too as he had visited Central City last season. That along with him working nicely with the gang, and the impending curing of Sara by Constantine makes it pretty obvious they're giving him his farewell tour.

Is her character going to be recurring? Would be a shame if that one-ep cameo was it for her.
Wasn't a big fan of Tara on True Blood (or her acting chops about 50% of the time), but I thought she did a bang-up job as Reba on Hannibal earlier this year.

Laurel and Oliver's relationship drama was one of the very worst things about season 1. Almost the entire season was Laurel being a humongous count to Oliver and Oliver pining over her regardless of her being a massive bitch. Tommy was the only reason any of their scenes together worked.
Part of the problem is that Katie Cassidy and Stephen Amell just dont have the easy chemistry together that they share with the rest of the cast. The other part is the writing for them has never been very good (Oliver telling her off in season 2 is the exception).
