Apple TV suggestions?

Just got a subscription. My wife watched SILO and I watched Friends and Neighbors(Jon Hamm show). Ive seen Succession as well. Thats all ive seen so far, so would appreciate any recommendations or insights into what to watch first.

I'm a newcomer to ATV. So my stuff I've picked up are fairly recent shows. I haven't stepped into the older stuff.
For Spy/MI5/Mossad type I'm watching:
Slow Horses with Gary Oldman (Great show and characters
Tehran (Israeli/Iranian spy show)
Mystery with some horror and comedy
Widows Bay - this is a great show with subtle comedy, some horror and mystery.
Detective-missing person
Sugar- Collin Ferrell. I enjoy it, big twist in 1st season but I like it.
Others I plan on watching
For All Man Kind
Severance - I heard it is good so I might give this a shot

Widows bay is basically a horror version of Parks and Rec it's fantastic.
