Just saw it in Twitter. Sucks, it was a good show and I really liked the cast.

frick off!!! F NBC booooooooo

Was just a fun show to watch. Enough heart and never really getting into overly serious situations.

It was essentially watching Dennis Reynolds entering witness protection and having to act like a normal person while teaching kids.

fricking awful decision. Loved that show.

The cast became too unwieldy is prolly one factor. Show should have focused mostly on Jack, the kids, and Patton Oswalts character. The three teachers becoming more regulars this season led to not as compelling episodes.

Lynette was also a great character to pair with Jack. Bummer.

Agreed. Hope that girl lands on another comedy show. She was def one of the best students if not the best.

Not surprised honestly. I liked the show but it didn’t seem like a network tv type comedy. It was Dennis Reynolds being a high school teacher.

I like how NBC is low key telling people that Biology is useless that "how you feel" super cedes Biology. Also, they would probably be scared to make a show about a real biology teacher anyway.

Duzz is right. I work at NBC and there's three things we're scared to show on TV: child abuse, rape, and biology teachers. Sorry, Sammy, but the show had to go.

NBC has that tendency of prematurely cancelling shows with potential. I liked “Go On” with Matthew Perry as well and they canceled it.

Every network has a tendency to cancel halfway decent shows prematurely. Once in a blue moon some great shows actually break through. Otherwise mindless shite gets renewed with ease every year.

It’s the unfortunate imbalance between some creative void in Hollywood pit against a viewing audience that tends to not appreciate quality when it is finally produced.

I am glad that there is some interest in the HBOs, etc willing to invest in short series of quality programming. It’s been done before but if it becomes a more common replacement for the typical recurring series I would be ok with that. It has higher consistent quality product potential since it has a limited focus.

Fox also cancelled "Almost Human" with Karl Urban. Karl frickING Urban.

Those shitheads in charge couldn't figure out how to air the episodes in order, market the show intelligently, etc etc. Could have been the next great SciFi show. Totally frick up.

Super glad they had to sell out to Disney on several counts for shite like that, among the other shows you listed.

I haven't looked into Peacock too much yet, do you know if this will be on the free side or the premium side?
