anyone have any tubi suggestions. preferably a psychological horror movie

When I think of whole towns going crazy movie I don't think psychological horror typically.
There's a movie called The Crazies that's on tubi right now that kinda fits the bill.

HORROR GENRES
Psychological
Psychological horror focuses on mental and emotional states.. They range from internal topics like phobias and madness, all the way to home invasion. This is a “low distraction, must focus” style, so the viewer can fully buy into the output.
Madness:Your protagonist is either going to lose its mind or will be terrorized by someone losing their mind.
Survival :Typically in a home,alone, or a small group. The distinction between the survival and the Killer genres is the focus being on the stalking of the protagonist(s) more than any direct threat/kill. The killer is often masked and not revealed until the climax (if revealed at all).
Body Horror: Synonymous with David Cronenberg, this genre focuses on violation of the human body. Mutation, transformation, destruction, and/or degeneration of the body are common. Body horror focuses on the internal impacts of the violation, while the viral subgenre focuses on the outward threats by the infection.
Isolation: The protagonist is alone in a terrible situation and the cost to survive will be great. Typically set in a natural setting.

Gerald’s Game - a woman is handcuffed and her husband dies of a heart attack. She tries to escape while facing her inner demons.
Hush - a deaf woman is stalked and attacked in her isolation
Speak No Evil - a Danish family visits a Dutch family they meet on vacation. The Dutch family pushes social boundaries and makes the Danish family so uncomfortable a question of whether or not their safety is in jeopardy.
Alone - a woman driving cross-country is stalked by a man on isolated country roads.

The Vanishing - the search for a man’s missing girlfriend is reinvigorated
Goodnight Mommy (2014) - two brothers question whether the woman whose face is bandaged after surgery is really their mother.

Martyrs - the apex of French Extremity. A girl flees from a warehouse of torture, grows up, and seeks answer to why she was kidnapped and tortured.
The Invitation - a man is invited to a dinner party by his ex-wife, which starts strange and becomes quickly unsettling

On tubi? Hmm I’ll have to check out their horror catalog.
The Faculty 100% if you’ve never seen it before. Killer soundtrack too and peak late 90s.-not on tubi until Oct 1st
But Smile and Smile 2 if you’re looking for psychological and legit creepy. Smile 2 is actually better than Smile as well. Both legit horror movies.
And if you have apple tv, check out Widow’s Bay. Probably gonna do a re watch with Halloween upcoming.
Tubi is legit the best app for our generation though. I’ve been consistently finding old movies/tv shows I loved growing up. It’s the app for our generation
but also realize we are getting old as frick

It’s not a movie but Missing 411: The Hunted is a pretty good watch. About people who’ve gone missing in the woods.

yeah. I was saying I like psychological horror and others that are like towns going crazy similar to the crazies..not that they are psychological horror just that I like either

Probably a bit different than what you're looking for but close enough to mention We Need to Talk About Kevin. Personally I think it's one of the better films made this century (maybe top 15) but it can be polarizing

I read the novel before watching the movie, so I knew what I was getting into. It’s an excellent movie. Very disturbing, but don’t expect a horror film. While Kevin does some very horrible things, the movie focuses on his mother (the always fantastic Tilda Swinton) as she struggles to understand her son, who is basically a sociopathic monster. I’m not a fan of Ezra Miller, but he’s very good as Kevin.

I can't disagree more with the last sentence. I thought Smile 2 was fricking awful. The first one is really good (until the final act, and then it kinda falls flat a bit).

Legit the best new show on television this year. It is outstanding, and fits within the OP's request fairly well.
Although the perfect answer for his request is The Crazies. But based on his OP I assume he's very likely seen that one.

Not Tubi, but free on the Roku Channel: the Dark Secret of Harvest Home. Bette Davis and a very young Rossana Arquette. The ending is chilling.

That is in the works.
I'm going to try to finish the first real draft this weekend. Now that I have the pictures not taking up text characters, I have more room. That was always the issue. I had all the post at max characters pretty quickly which prevented that.
