I saw the previews for this before it came out in theaters, looked awesome. I haven't heard anyone say anything about it since.

very good. highly recommend it.

Side note: this movie obviously based off the book Moneyball by New Orleans native Michael Lewis. The Blind Side movie, based on the book by Michael Lewis. Future movie, Coach, based on the book by Michael Lewis. Guy is on a role, and they are all good.

Who knew Beer Man could write?

Regarding the OP, it's a good sports movie with enough inspirationalness and Brad Pitt to keep most WAGs entertained.

As someone who despises Brad Pitt, I found it very enjoyable and his performance was very good. That little girl in it was great too. Her facial expressions were great.

See you are new around here but This is retarded... Maybe because it was last year it's not talked about as much... It got Oscar nominations, so obviously people talked about it, maybe you should get out more. Just watch the movie if it looked so awesome

I hate to be that guy, but the book is infinitely better. Still a decent watch though.

It's a good sports movie but it's not a good movie if you're a big MLB fan. For example, the movie completely ignored the roles that Zito, Mulder, Hudson, Tejada, and Chavez played in the A's success that year. Only Tejada was even mentioned by name in the movie. I just found that to be ridiculous. It would be like making a movie about 2007 LSU without mentioning Matt Flynn, Jacob Hester, and Glenn Dorsey.

He's a damn good author going back to Liar's Poker in 1989. He was mostly known for his financial stuff but Moneyball is great. Blind Side involves a friend of his and he is way less objective and accurate in that one. But, yeah, I will read everything that Michael Lewis writes.
