At first I wasn’t sure about it but the more I see the commercials on tv I’m ready to give it a chance.

There’s a reason why this didn’t get advance screenings and is dropping Christmas Day.
Anyway, I don’t like Will Farrell because he is not funny (except in Taladega Nights) so I’m annoyed with this movie

With all of the extremely smart Sherlock Holmes reboots today, this smacks of nothing more than a Ferrell money grab. The previews are awful, and I have no desire to see this.

No. Ferrell and Reilly could probably have found a better, original vehicle for their talents.

This looks horrendous.. like what if The end is a flashback to Brennan and dale getting high and discussing what if they were Sherlock and Watson ??

I’d consider it if it was rated R but I still wouldn’t pay to see it in theaters

Wife and I saw it. I’m a John Reilly fan and wasn’t expecting much but it was much worse. I laughed maybe twice and that was at gags I saw in the trailer.

saw it with the wife. i neither liked it or hated it - i was just there. i usually try to find something about it that stood out - but honestly i can't find one.
went into it with very low expectation - hoped for maybe some Talladega Nights level laughs, but didn't even get that.

No interest. Looks really bad. I’ll wait until it comes on FX in three years. Maybe I’ll bump this thread to give you my thoughts at that point.
