Kinda sorta not really. First off, you looked up the wrong Captain Marvel. The one you read about is now called Shazam. Also, both sides won a ruling once during the lawsuit but Fawcett quit fighting it b/c they thought comics were no longer a worthwhile investment. If they had kept on they likely win out.
DC had huge balls suing people considering Superman is basically a rip off of John Carter of Mars.

Agreed with that. Not calling it realistic by any means but she got her arse kicked and used everything in the room to beat those two. It wasn’t an Angelina Jolie overpowering men ridiculous level.

I guess we need to hate every single movie where a person gets hit in the head and is knocked out for long periods of time b/c in real life if you get KTFO and don't wake up after a minute odds are you have major brain damage.
Also we need to tell the Rocky movies to frick off b/c damn near every one of his fights would have been stopped early with him losing via TKO.

It was already pointed out her character was in the Army which means she got some sort of combat training so the character seems to qualify for your believably scale.
