Last season was predictable at times. It was obvious for weeks that the doctor's daughter was dead.

I'm so confused as to why Alma went to the insane asylum for killing Grace when Grace is already "legally" dead.

Also...wouldn't Alma be?
Wasn't Tate considered guilty of murdering her, which is the reason he was in Briarcliff in the first place?

Yeah, but it wasn't all over the place like this season...

They got too big for their britches and couldn't bring it all back together right. Like I said in a previous thread, the concept of this season would be great if they did the entire series off of it. Would have given them much more time to expand on each of the different stories.

The aliens wanted two babies and they were there to protect the mothers until birth. They healed Grace and gave her life, but they weren't sworn to protecting her. Grace really wasn't dead. She was reborn by aliens and used death as a way out of the asylum.

Last season was better overall, but there are many more questions needing answering heading into this finale. Last year, the Antichrist was born the week before the finale and the last episode was, as mentioned, a letdown.

They do have a LOT of shite to tie up tonight.

Almost on LOST levels of shite.

Yup, and if they go the same route they did to tie up the Arden/Monsters/Mary Eunice angles, I may not even give season 3 a chance...

That was pathetic and a slap to the face of the viewers.

I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised and be able to say this season was decent.

They implied that it was due to her killing Grace, which makes no sense. When Tate told the story, he made it seem that was the reason. But if not, why would he send her there? He knows how corrupt it is. Does not make sense. Post Reply • Back to Top

When the state bought the facility it became a place to put prisoners from overcrowded prisons in.

She went to jail but it was overcrowded so she went to Briarcliff

ETA i just reread and see what i missed. That is a harder question.

But people in the neighborhood did see her and knew about her. Maybe there was an investigation and whatnot

I read an interview last week where Ryan Murphy said the finale is his favorite episode of both seasons. So we'll see what happens because the season 1 finale was super predictable.

Same here, but I saw that coming. There was pretty much nothing left to wrap up, except Ben being alive with the baby, but they wrapped that story line up in the first 5 minutes of the finale and the rest was just filler. It made for a really anticlimactic and boring finale. Hope the episode tonight doesn't go that direction

I don't see any way that it can... With S1 they pretty much had everything wrapped up going into the finale, whereas in this season, everything is a clusterfrick

I think that's getting done in season 3.
