Coincidentally, Annie Hall was on TCM last night. It had a lot of actors in small parts who no one had ever heard of at the time, and later went on to be big stars. Sigourney Weaver, Beverley D'Angelo, Christopher Walken, Jeff Goldblum, and others. LINK

One that got me until I saw the movie again years later was Samuel L. Jackson in Coming to America. He played the guy that tried to hold up the restaurant. It was before he started to appear in nearly every movie ever made.
