I'm skipping it because of Ashley Judd

Is this the one that basically looks like Homeward Bound?

You're not going to get me!

I saw Marley and Me, and since then, I will never watch a movie about a dog.

If this isn't one of those crappy religious movies, they should feel bad, because it looks like one.

I’m a dog person and the movie was full of way left liberal shite. I don’t think I have ever walked away from a movie and had a single ideological thought, but damn.

SPOILER ALERT
.

.
.
Judd...check
Interracial hetero couple...check
Interracial homo couple...check
Police bad...check
Hunters bad...check
Land developer bad and kills dogs...check

The tried to wash that out with a small veterans scene at the end.

But my very young kids liked it.

Wish I had a bank account of downvotes to empty out to give you.

Took my grandkids to see this yesterday. Here's the summary:

A piece of pro-pit bull propaganda wrapped up in disturbing SJW tropes.

-Seriously, why did it have to be a pit bull? They tried to demonize those who understand the risks - including casting a pit that doesn't seem all that pitty. Plenty of scenes of them happily letting the beast off its leash around small children at parks and the like.

-It was at least an accurate portrayal of leftist SJW tendencies (albeit, intended to generate sympathy and not consternation.) Basically, the assholes flout the law at all times...until they determine the law is useful for them, at which time they happily call it in on the antagonist with Staline-esque efficiency.

-An aggressive homage to millennial "call out" culture - including livestreaming a private conversation.

-An outward disdain for property rights - e.g. their landlord and his rules as well as the developer across the street. But, oh, when it's convenient, all of a sudden they are ENRAPTURED by jurisdictional issues.

-Literally, the line: "That's like racism for dogs!!!". That's their summary of treating pits like pits instead of like kindly little ne'er-do-wells.

Took my kids yesterday. Wish I could get my money back.

Way too many liberal tones in it, and I'm not talking about the married couple.

Be happy you didn’t see the first hour and change bc you would have waaaay more attached to Marley. Even having a good idea of how it would end.... I went full Niagra Falls Frankie Angel.

Yep. The movie was pure propaganda, nothing more.
