I like this show better than Yellowstone and Taylor Sheridan shows are the only thing on tv that isn’t dudes making out nowadays
But come on you gotta admit that Taylor is a very special boy. He’s obsessed with cowboys and trains and spinny horses

What's the flow? Drifting hunting badass ruins a marriage, has a strange honeymoon, reads letters, and takes months to get home via convenient tugboat with dead captain? That's not flow, that's throwing shite against a wall and seeing what sticks. I'll say it again...it's utterly stupid and is super unnecessary.

I like Alexandra but we really don't know her backstory.
Why was she shipped off to Africa to get engaged to a chinless wonder?
Is her family broke and they sort of sold her off?
Did she lose someone in WW1?
What we do know is that she did not want to marry the Englishman...
From what map review I could find, the best way to get out of Kenya was to take a ship through Suez..
apparently, they made it to Italy...which would allow them to use the trains to get into France...

Let see as we are introduced to family member who happens to be a hunter in Africa. We get to see him kill things. From there he goes to a hotel to rest and meets a woman. They leave together, fall in love, and have a interesting adventure dealing with lions. From there he decides to leave for Montana and take her. They find a ship, it sinks, and they are saved. From there they get married via the Captain and land in Sicily. Seems like a pretty good flow as we know where they are heading.
The rest of the show we get glimpses of an Catholic school for Indians that get beat and sexually abused. Several episodes later the girl escapes and we meet some of her family with friends and a posse of priest chasing her who she help kill. We still have no story prior to the school like Spencer we know why he is in Africa post war. Or where is going next.
The Duttons we know have a large ranch and supposedly one of those in charge but yet get killed and wounded by sheep herders that do not fear them. The first few episodes was about the Duttons being bad asses but yet Bronn said nope. Now we believe they are going to do what now that the most powerful man in the state is trying to run them out. The only hope is some major showdown will happen and the Dutton family wins it but who knows. Right now they are just throwing shite against in Montana trying to se what will stick against the wall with the hope people will keep watching.

Her family was with her and Kenya at the time of this show was a British colony.

1883 had the best story line and I am guessing one season for TS is easy to write but when multiple seasons are in the works he needs help and tries to stretch it out.

That is true. 1923 can be slow but it’s good enough to keep watching. I lost interest a little interest Yellowstone but I’ll watch the current season when it’s done.
