The english dubbing is really well done.

As is always the case SUBS>>>>>>DUBS

I want to hear the actor who won the part, not some dude who can only get voice roles

Subtitles are not that great to me. I don't mind them that much, but I like to keep my eyes on the characters rather than reading text at the bottom of the screen.

Look up the Squid Game SNL skit on YouTube, it's funny.

I started it last night too late but figured I would watch the first half of E1 then go to bed. I finished E1 and had to immediately start E2.
You've got to watch it in Korean with English subtitles, I can't stand dubbing

You're right. Much less cheesy. The dialogue is actually different with the dubbing.

Fair Enough, I just feel like I lose something when it's dubs. IMO the emotion or feeling the actor is trying to portray with the tone of his voice may not come through from a voiceover.

Voldemort Voiceover Laugh in Different Languages

Also this is just funny ^

That's the case with most dubbed stuff. Some of the words can get lost in translation from the voiceover

Iron Chef Japan says you couldn't be more wrong. They should get that group to dub everything.

Are we talking about a show that ended 23 years ago? I'm not sure how many of those voice actors would even be around.

I mean I love the MXC voiceovers, but I'm pretty sure they Guy Ledouche wasn't really saying those words

The dubbing is horrible and the acting may be some of the worse ever.

i think the dubbing wasnt all that bad. the acting is very "asian". very over reactive and cheesey. guess im use to it.

Just finished episode 1. Main character definitely sucks but it’s whatever, He has some redeeming qualities. Korean with English subtitles is way better: “ayookkaaaaaa sequena” POW

Mildly cheering for the old dude, the happy go lucky expression on his face is perfect

Trust me, the korean version is much more serious sounding without most of the silliness. I had no idea. It is very different.

I didnt switch over to the korean version until ep5 or so. I do remember the first couple of episodes being a little more cheesy.

I am going to watch the first ep in korean again when I finish the series to see how different it is from the dubbed version.

It is interesting to see how the same Korean sentence can be translated so differently into English, if you turn on the dubs AND read the subs.

This was REALLY true in All of Us are Dead (in Korean, the title was Now at Our School)

I just finished the marble game episode last night. That was pretty brutal watching Ali walking around not realizing how he had just been fricked
