If Washington makes a BCS bowl and isn't in the NCG, they will likely be in the Rose Bowl...the B1G/PAC will always try for that if possible. Not sure the order of "selections" but if they lose one of their tie ins to the NCG, and the B1G champ is already slotted there, the Rose gets a pick before almost anyone else
