you're trying too hard

He didn't play with them because the t wolves got tired of his shite and traded him to Portland

If he had his head on straight they don't trade him and he's on the same team with Marbury and kg.

Thunder Dan was my favorite. I actually still have a t-shirt I got in Phoenix with him on it back then.

Never like Isaiah, but loved Joe Dumars. Most of my favorites were the 2nd or 3rd best players on the great teams, or stars on the very good (but not great) teams. Magic, Bird, Jordan were always going to get their highlights, points, and rings. I was a fan of Dumars, Worthy, Parish, Mchale, Mailman, Stockton, Barkley, Hakeem.

I guess that's why I have such fond memories of that NBA era. Never had a favorite team or player, but loved watching so many of the teams & players.

Shaq was my favorite particularly because it seems like he was the last great NBA center. And damn he was really great.

Dennis Rodman everyone knows about the rebounding and defense but he was a very good passer as well. Unlike Ben Wallace, Dwight Howard, and many other great rebounders when Rodman got rebound he could actually take 2 or 3 dribbles up court before passing. That is a whole different dimension in terms of starting the fast break

Born in '82, so I knew players in the 80s but for the most part didn't watch enough and know enough for most of the 80s, but by the '92 dream team I was fully immersed and infatuated with the NBA.

Let me think of some favorites, Kemp, Latrell Spreewell had a couple year run I liked. Keith Vann Horn was the likes token white boi for a minute before Kidd hit the league with some handles, then the big men were goat, Hakeem, Admiral, Mailman, Ewing, Diesel, Big Country. Then you had couple people with random big years like Harold Minor. Then you had the 'what could have been duo Tracey & Vince. Oh and pretty much the end but the goats of pure points, Mark Price, John Stockton, KJ, Mark Jackson, but you also had the wave of extreme athletic guards you see in the NBA today like Tim Killer-crossover, Gary Glove Payton could D up anyone in the league right now when he was in his prime, starbury. Oh what about the wave of short fellas doing work, Spud Webb winning dunk contest and tGOAT small fella Mugsy, on one of tGOAT teams of the 90s with Grandmama, Monster Mash, and Zo. Then you had some folks that had plenty of promise but careers cut short, Hurley, Vin Baker getting big loaded although they were doing work in the west, Grant Hill. .... And just to mention some big bodies that could chunk up a 3, Glenn big dawg, Antoine Walker, Stackhouse....

Damn my bad, just hit preview post and saw a wall-o-text.... frickx it

Bro I was following J.r. when be was the first guy to do the between the legs dunk in the slam dunk contest. I don't have to look shite up.

I used to literally keep a three ring binder of box scores and news articles that I printed out online and this us the mud 90s on AOL dial up lol every fricking night. I'd read it on the way and home from school (hour each way )

Jr rider was when his head was on straighr , which was never lol, a top 5-10 offensive player in the league.

fricking fake arse nba fans. Dudes get an NBA team and think no one watched nba basketball before 10 years ago because they didn't

Loved watching Scottie myself as well. Was never drawn to Jordan. Yall are also fricking moronic if you want to act like the dude wasn't entertaining as hell. Scottie dunked on so many big name players. He had that one handed slam down. Show me a highlight from MJ as badass as Scottie walking over Patrick fricking Ewing after posterizing him. There's also just so much oversight for his game from the casual observer that I think those that watch the game a lot feel sorry for the guy. We saw one full season in his prime without Michael, and he was a legit MVP candidate.

Can't believe I agree with Peej. Rough.
