I would have to see a lot of these times to believe it. I ran 4.6 and the only person I've ever seen on a football field faster than me was Mike Wallace.

I'll be the first to pose the question: Could the MSB beat an NFL team?

4.6 when I was in the military. My strength was the two mile run. I used to run it sub 12 minutes. Never was much of a sprinter but was pretty proud of that 4.6.

All I can say about this thread is MOTHER OF GOD ..

And LOL at Wooly's bullshite about the Newman team loaded with sub 4.5 jets ... Another LOL at assuming there are nothing but jocks on the MSB and no one on the OT played any sports ...

This.

Apparently anyone who claims to have run below a 4.8 in high school is full of shite because they obviously should have played/should be playing college ball.

I was one of the fastest players on the team but I was also a small fry. I was 5'8" and 140 lbs when I graduated high school in '06. Now I'm 5'9" and weigh about 165 lbs.

I'm sure there's a couple people here who might've run 4.6's. But there's no way this many people on this board can run that fast.

Rivals Article

quote:

Missouri had more than 500 kids participate in either their one-day camp or full-contact camp. Of the 500-plus players, only four players broke a 4.5-second time

quote:

What people tend to forget is that a 40-yard dash time of 4.5 or even 4.6 seconds is blistering fast.

"If you have a kid that runs a legit 4.5 then he's plenty fast enough to play Division I football," the coach from the SEC said.

"That's still a very fast time - even for running backs."

played from 98-spring 01.. Blew my knee out against Mcneese in 2000. Tried to comeback next spring. Never played again. Nathan Black was my roommate if you know any of the guys from the team back in the day. He blew his knee out about 4 or 5 weeks before I did.
Ha! But I didn't actually finish school till 2004... I was a van wilder

Ladies and gentlemen, this is how you brag on the Internet.

The bolded portions are where he goes out of his way to seem like even more of a badass.
