Modano off, Nolan on.

You could also make the argument for Aikman off, Emmitt on.

Hank Aaron
Willie McCovey
Satchel Paige

TBD: A.J. McCarron- don't care for the guy but you can't deny his success so far.

Jake Peavy- 2007 Cy Young winner, pitching triple crown.

missed the cut:

JaMarcus Russell
Nick Fairley
Willie Anderson
Keith McCants- tragic story with that one.
Chris Samuels
Tee Martin

You from Shreveport then you should probably have Robert Parish and Albert Belle over Stromile and Cotton. Then probably Hester.

So my list would be:

Terry Bradshaw
Robert Parish
Albert Belle
Jacob Hester

If you include people with strong ties to the area the Birmingham list becomes even more impressive. Players in all caps with strong ties to Bham. Others listed were born, grew up, or spent much of their life in Bham.

GRAEME MCDOWELL
GENE BARTOW
RODDY WHITE
Carl Lewis
Bart Starr
Satchel Paige
Cornelius Bennett
Hubert Green
Mel Allen

just to name a few

Seattle:

Ken Griffey Jr.
Edgar Martinez
Gary Payton
Steve Largent

(Struggled with adding Lenny Wilkens) he was a great for the Sonics but was more known for his coaching after Seattle.
