Lest not forget folks, Without Brady, Belichick is 51-65. But with Brady, the Patriots are 136-39 in the regular season and 25-9 in the playoffs with 4 titles. Also don't forget that every single SB, Brady drove the Pats to score a go ahead TD or field goal in the final 2-4 minutes. The Defense let the lead go in two of those.
Yes, once bill got the team rolling it became a bit more plug and play, but without Brady he never keeps his job long enough to establish said system. The Cassell year is a misnomer... He took an undefeated team and went 11-5 with one of the easiest schedules in the league. That roster was incredible.
Jimmy G is a legit franchise QB, Cassell was not.

Proven? What that 1 year he got hurt. Alot of his greatness is due to brady.

He's proven to win without Brady
quote:We know Brady is an all time great QB, right? You think without Belichick he suddenly becomes a mediocre QB and we'll never know if he can win as much as Belichick did without Brady?
and we will never know how good Brady is without Bill most likely.

Belichick suddenly became elite and SB winning the moment Brady became his QB, but we're to believe that's a coincidence?

It's a symbiotic relationship, mutualism.

Bill. Brady is just a part in his system

What exactly is Belichick's "prime" ?

Heck...either of them...both are STILL kicking arse while others are drinkin' budweisers and selling overpriced pizza.

Bill Has coached 22 seasons
15 with BRADY (14 playoffs)
7 without (1 playoff appearance) 0-2 in New Englad without Brady.
Bill is great. But has not proved he is great without TB. Maybe he will prove it when TB is gone. But he hasn't proved it yet.
